Concrete Outbuilding Floor

I contacted Paul from PP Construction to get a quote for a re concealing job in my out building, paul came out and advised me on the job I was wanting doing explaining what building regs require, I wanted the work doing asap, paul suggested he do the work on a saturday to save me having to take a days holiday from work, 1 day later he called me back and said he could booked me in for the saturday morning to do the work, they turned up as agreed and completed the job as agreed, I was very happy with the work and also how accommodating paul was to my relatively small job as I thought.

Foundations and Drainage

PP Construction undertook the following works: -

1. Demolition of a 2-storey rear extension.

2. Diversion of existing drainage and installation of new manholes.

3. Forming a new opening (including lintel).

4. Reduce level dig.

5. Installation of a raft foundation including laying steel cages and rebar.

Works was carried out to a high quality in a safe manner.

This contractor has been exceptional throughout.

I highly recommend PP Construction.

Paul has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and at a very competitive price!

Foundations for a log cabin

I'm very pleased with the work done by Paul and his team. They arrived on the day/time we agreed, kept me informed of everything they were doing through the process, and laid a foundation that was exactly what I needed (even adjusting the size a little as we went). Tidy, trustworthy and dependable. Definitely recommended.

Sinking concrete

Paul and his team came and sorted my problem with sinking concrete and they have also been back to do other work for me.

I’m also having them back a 3rd time soon to sort some paving out.

Excavate and replace domestic drainage under concrete

Paul and his team did an excellent job on this project. Having booked in the work at short notice, they arrived on time and completed the job within the predicted timeframe. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to employ this company again in the future.

Though the job started a week later than planned due to being unable to get the right size digger booked, Paul (and his team) were excellent throughout, very friendly, efficient and only too happy to help out and answer loads of my questions about garden / groundwork advice. Would use them again without hesitation.

Replace manhold cover and frame

Paul responded to my job quickly and arranged to come and give me a quote, giving me a couple of options. I accepted his quote and he was able to come and do the job a few days later on a Saturday. He and his mate were both polite and friendly, worked efficiently and the job looks very neat. They even straightened some slabs for me. He assures me that I won’t have the same problem again and so far so good. I would certainly consider using him again for a larger job when I get my drive redone.

Concrete foundation

Just brilliant! Paul looked at the job and understood immediately what was needed. He made knowledgeable suggestions that were really helpful. We decided straight away we wanted him to do the work and he was able to give us a firm date before he left. He then delivered absolutely (and tidied up too). It’s been a few days now and, thanks to the rain, I’ve found he’s managed to lay a totally level floor on a totally wobbly garden - I’m a wheelchair user so can test easily. Very highly recommended.
